woodgreen community services is an innovative multi-service organization offering services across the range of social determinants of health, including child care, seniors support, housing, employment services, homelessness services, immigrant services, and mental and developmental health services. established in 1937, it has grown since that time to more than 36 permanent locations throughout the city of toronto, to support more than 37,000 individuals and families to become more self-sufficient and to live independently within their own communities. \\woodgreen collaborates with hundreds of partners to meet the growing needs of our toronto residents. as a strong, on-the-ground community voice, woodgreen is active in program-level and organizational and sector networks, planning roundtables, policy and research projects.
